Carbon neutral status

Our Carbon Neutral status demonstrates our commitment to developing a sustainable environmental policy. In collaboration with the Carbon Neutral Company we are constantly working to reduce our carbon emissions through the implementation of a range of energy-saving initiatives.

For example, we have implemented cutting-edge technology ranging from the latest power-saving photocopiers and lighting patterns, to ‘NightWatchMan 5.0' which automatically switches off our computers in the evening.

These initiatives combined with our traditional methods of office recycling and investing our CO2 offsets into the One Nature Portfolio, demonstrates our commitment to the envrionment.

Two Ticks

Two Ticks accreditation is a Disability Symbol that is given by Jobcentre Plus to employers who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments around the employment, retention, training and career development of those with disabilities.
These commitments are:

  • to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and to consider them on their abilities
  • to discuss with disabled employees, at any time but at least once a year, what both parties can do to make sure disabled employees can develop and use their abilities
  • to make every effort when employees become disabled to make sure they stay in employment
  • to take action to ensure that all employees develop the appropriate level of disability awareness needed to make these commitments work
  • to review these commitments each year and assess what has been achieved, plan ways to improve on them and let employees and Jobcentre Plus know about progress and future plans
