As a temporary worker you can now login and submit your timesheets online via the 24/7 Zone. Your manager or supervisor can also login and authorise your submitted timesheets.

How do I use the 24/7 zone?

If your consultant has introduced you to the 24/7 Zone then simply download our handy guide to get started. This guide gives you step-by-step instructions for logging in and using the portal. If your consultant has not introduced you to the 24/7 Zone, please contact them as soon as possible to get your username and password.

Booking holiday

Our PAYE temporary workers now accrue holiday pay for every hour that they work. Your holiday entitlement is shown on your most recent payslip - when you want to take paid holiday you can submit your request online. Please note that you will need to have your payroll number, which you will also find on your payslip, to hand when booking holiday.

Please note

  • You will be paid the week after your requested holiday or when you get your P45
  • Your payslip will show accrued holiday entitlement

Interim & temporary information pack

We recommend you download our interim & temporary information pack. This pack gives you important information relating to your assignment including: responsible practices, being paid, tax, limited companies and legalities. 

Paper timesheets

Temporary workers using paper timesheets must complete a separate timesheet for each new week or new assignment. Please fax your completed timesheet to us on 0845 351 1702 by 12 noon on the Monday following the week you worked.
