If you have a complaint, please contact your consultant to report the issue and to discuss how it can be resolved.

In the unlikely event a problem arises that cannot be resolved directly, please contact the REC, which has a formal complaints handling procedure - www.rec.uk.com/about-recruitment/Standards/How_to_Complain. Strategi is a member of the REC and operates according to their code of practice.
All complaints will be acknowledged and logged on our company database and we will ensure that all issues are resolved.
